A wonderful experience! The safari took place after a meal in a rustic covered tented area on the waterside. It was basic food, fun but not everyone was well next day??? The burgers maybe??? Unsure! Photos were taken as we put on lifejackets. If you can sit at the front of the boat do, it's the only way to get decent photos, otherwise everyone's heads get in the way unless you have great lenses on your equipment. A stunning day we had and the ride out across the river was superb, nesting ospreys, snow capped peaks surrounded us pine forests soared around us as we rode the blue waters. What a delight! Bears were spotted brown bears scrubbing singly on the water's edge. We slid silently closer though not close enough for tablet and mobile photos you need a proper camera to get good shots. It was a heart stopping thrilling moment. The bears ignored us oblivious of our presence. We held our breath as the bear sauntered over logs and rocks and then silently slipped into the shadows. Amazing!!! If you only have tablets and mobiles forget them just focus on the moment. The head and heart can recreate the moment for you. We moved away gliding on the water until all four boats took a speeding flat out race across the water into the dock. Wow!!!

Heaps of fun riding the water. We saw a few bears which was amazing!! Guide was excellent, friendly and informative. Buffalo Burger was also very yummy! I definitely recommend checking this place out.

After reading some reviews and especially after paying $100 I had pretty high expectations. Unfortunately they were not met. Yes, you spend 90min on a "power boat", and apparently most of the times you are lucky to see some wildlife (bears), you also get to see a waterfall next to the lake. But $100? Come on, that's way over priced!

Fantastic trip. Ride on a power boat, beautiful iconic scenery, bears in their own habitat, very well informed staff. Awesome. A must for people what ever your age. Also reasonably priced.

We did the jeep safari which is about an hour and a half. It takes you along the real territory of the bears, I loved the view from the summit, we were lucky to see a bear upclose. Our guide steve was well informed. Although I think it is a little pricey for the tours.
